Employee Recruitment Bonuses 

Did you know you are eligible to earn up to $4000 for referring a friend to a position at Cristo Rey Jesuit? We have two types of recruitment bonuses:

1. Referral Bonus - Cristo Rey Jesuit awards a referral bonus to current employees who refer an applicant to an open full-time position at the school and the applicant is hired. The bonus is $4,000 for the hiring of a certified teacher, $2,000 for the hiring of any full-time employee, and $500 for any part-time position.  The bonus will be paid out after the new hire has worked for us for 4 months. 

2. Social Media Advertising Bonus - Employees who promote an open position on at least two of the following social media platforms will receive a $25 American Express gift card. Simply send a screenshot of your posts to rortiz@cristoreynetwork.org and we will send you a gift card. Social media platforms include Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
